Royal Palm Maintenance Agreement Annual Maintenance inspection includes:   Ensuring every lamp is in working order and replacing  if necessary.   Cleaning lenses, repairing, straightening, relocating, and adjusting fixtures  as required.   Trimming and minor pruning around fixtures.   Verifying original transformer settings to insure system integrity.   Replacing inoperable Control Module, timers, photocells and resetting time clocks.   Reburying any wiring that is exposed.   Replacing any damaged or defective wiring to insure the integrity of the system.
